Thought about this song here at work just now.

Trent Reznor, singer of nine inch nails wrote this song and Johnny cash did a cover on it.

I was a NiN fan 1st but when I found this cover I became a Johnny cash fan as well.

It's like this song was meant for him to sing for sure.

Young and old can appreciate this shit.

johny did this song just after his wife died and just before he passed, you have to understand how much he loved his wife to put his mark on this song, interesting to see old school players sampling from newer artist, and i know he was given the ok from trent, just saying, music transcends, almost every important moment in my life i can think of a song that was big around that time, and when i hear that song i think back at that moment and smile.

Just seen this commercial for prototype 2 with the Johnny cash- hurt song in it. Pretty bad fucking ass.
