To all U&V friends, allies & guest. PLEASE READ!!

I recently oK'd the use of tubes for the month of December for U&V Members. After hearing from some of our friends & other clans, I'm revoking that 'option' from ALL members effective immediately!

There will be NO more tubing from any U&V members from now until further notice. I regret my decision, as it was a poor one. My apologies to everybody it's affected.

Please feel free to contact any Leader of U&V if you notice our NO TUBING policy being ignored in the future.

Thanks in advance for all of your understanding. I personally look forward to playing with everybody reading this soon!!

I don't know who orginally gave you the idea Griff but everyone here should have known better than that and spoke up. Seems like to me we still have a bunch of followers and still not enough leaders to speak there mind on situations like this. I hope i don't piss anyone off by saying all this but this is one of the reasons for having this clan and playing together to show the gaming world how good we can all be with out tubers.

For your info I am not kicking anyone why they are down CHAZ!!! I am calling out all the leaders who let this happen and also you guys as senior members for not speaking up on it... Like i said seems like no leaders to speak up just a bunch of followers.

Yea well if you actually new me you would damn well know what i was talking about in the first place. I was and still do carry the U&V name since this clan was founded. I still try to watch from afar and put my 2 cents in every now and then....

I take alot of the blame for this since I havent been on site much the last 3 months or so. I never did the challenges anyway but thats just me. We had ALOT of members asking for this so we allowed it on a temporary basis, in hindsight we made a mistake

I'm glad we can move on for this and get back to U&V business.... Some of us did speak up about this issue but this game is getting boring and I understand why they did it. Ginks out

Lol... relax DJ. We spoke up, we just figured it'd be better to let the mistake happen and learn from it... rather then cause too much drama and divide he clan. I personally didn't fire one... did get hit by one. Thx Xray... lol. The thing here that stands out to me tho is that just about everyone noticed. If any other non tubing clan suddenly started I don't think they would have cared... and that says a lot about how other players see us. And since it was a one short time only thing I think they'll get over it. We have a reputation to uphold... I think everyone understands that a little better now, and that's a good thing. imho.

...Lets face it guys....I'm the one that should get the smack near the ears & face on this one.

Indeed I didn't speak up, other than to ask other Leaders & Mods what they thought of it via votes. The votes (that were cast) said a temporary period of tubing was ok. So, it was done. Aesop is right...it was better to let it fly for a couple weeks than to cause drama & create problems within the clan. I believe I showed plenty of Leadership by putting it to a vote, abiding by the vote & ending it as soon as it (possibly) started to become an issue with others. I know there are lots of followers here at U&V - but I wouldn't have it any other way. Not everybody has "Leader" qualities, so to speak, AND - if everybody was a Leader we wouldn't even HAVE a clan or ranks!
So lets just agree there is GREAT Leadership here, & I'm happy to stand up 1st as proud proof of that. Many others here are great Leaders as well. Overall, I think we're just fine.

Oh - & DJ. As far as Chaz goes...he's a very close friend of mine, is EXTREMELY trustworthy & a GREAT player! He also was VERY instrumental in getting me the feedback from other clans I wanted to help put an end to the tubing. We might still be tubing if I hadn't gotten the info I needed from Chaz when I did. If anything, he deserves a HUGE thanks from U&V & proved his loyalty.
He's just good people.

Glad I could help Aesop! It was fun for a bit but its a video game so dont get too worked up folks. FYI-Chaz is the man. Cool as hell and a great guy. Where I come from we dont call it following, we call it teamwork. So watch your own play and I'll watch mine. Great post Griff! As always you keep it classy.
